The AblePlay site is a showcase and an entry point to playable-creative production services. The site operator is legal entity and details: to be filled in at launch. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, simply do not use the site.
An enquiry through the brief form or directly is not yet a contract. The flow is: brief → we propose a mechanic (or options) and quote a timeline and price → work starts after your confirmation. The specific scope, timeline and price are fixed in the contract or correspondence for each order; where they differ, the contract prevails over this page.
Revisions go in rounds: a round is a batch of notes after which the creative passes the full QA again. Fixes for our own mistakes are on us; changing the offer, geo or links after delivery is a new round agreed separately.
We answer for this: the creative matches the target network’s spec, passes technical moderation and works on a device. Every build ships with a QA report that makes this verifiable. If a network rejects the creative for a technical reason — size, an external request, a foreign network call, CTA behaviour — we fix it at our own expense.
We do not answer for this: CTR, CPI, ROI or any campaign metrics — they depend on the offer, the geo, the bid and the funnel, all outside our scope. We give no metric guarantees and write none into contracts.
We do not make misleading creatives: fake system interfaces, counterfeit notifications, promises of a guaranteed win. Such requests are declined at the brief stage.
The site and the showcase are provided “as is”. We are not liable for interruptions in the site’s operation or for decisions made on the basis of reference materials (such as the network specs): platform requirements change without notice — check their current documentation before submitting. Liability under an order is limited to the amount of that order unless the contract says otherwise.
Governing law and dispute resolution: to be filled in at launch.
We may update these terms; the version date is at the top of the page. Orders already confirmed are governed by the version in force at the moment of confirmation.
